You might have searched the Internet for a small and easy C++ XML parser that is reliable and fully supported. I did the same back in 1999 but ended up developing CMarkup with a unique light design and people loved it.
CMarkup doesn't do everything. It is a high performance C++ class that has made XML simple for thousands of developers. But there are a lot more features I want to add, plus there are a lot of XML things that I think are just bad hype and I don't see a reason to implement. You can try the free evaluation source code and see if you get the results so many others have. Use what works for you.
